I specialise in international law and legal matters involving multiple jurisdictions. I provide legal advice and representation in cross-border commercial relationships, contracts and disputes, as well as in family law matters involving a foreign element, including international child abduction cases. 

I also provide legal services in the field of immigration law and immigration proceedings, including residence permits, visas, and representation before the Slovak Foreign Police.

When dealing with disputes, I generally recommend out-of-court resolution, where appropriate, with the aim of achieving an effective and practical solution without the need for court proceedings. I represent clients in out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as in administrative and judicial proceedings.

I provide legal advice and representation in matters concerning the protection of human rights and fundamental rights and freedoms, including representation in proceedings before the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, the European Court of Human Rights, and the relevant UN committees.

I provide legal advice and representation in general matters of Slovak domestic law particularly in the following areas:

• Criminal law, including defence in criminal proceedings and representation of injured parties and victims of crime;

• Family law, including divorce, settlement of matrimonial property, arrangements concerning the exercise of parental rights and responsibilities in relation to minor children, and child maintenance;

• Civil law, including compensation for damage, property and contractual disputes, protection of personality rights, and neighbour disputes.

Booking a Consultation

Consultations are available by prior appointment, either in person in Bratislava, Senec, at the client's premises, or online.

To arrange a consultation, I recommend contacting me by email in the first instance and briefly describing the nature of your legal matter. Initial contact by email allows me to make a preliminary assessment of your matter, determine the most appropriate form of consultation, and suggest the next steps.

Legal Fees

A legal consultation without taking on legal representation is charged at a rate of €60 per hour, with each commenced hour charged in full.

Where I take on legal representation, the legal fee is determined in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic on Remuneration and Compensation of Advocates for the Provision of Legal Services (Advocate's Tariff) or by agreement with the client, in the form of an hourly fee, a fixed fee, or a combination of these methods.
